Live Cell Analysis
Livecyte™ is a unique system for live cell analysis, which enables Kinetic Cytometry: the analysis of phenotypic and kinetic behaviour of automatically tracked individual cells and cell populations over hours or days. This advanced technology generates quantitative data without the need for cell labelling. Observe your cells with minimal perturbation-especially useful for primary cells and stem cells. Gain detailed data about your cells to support phenome to genome studies.

Livecyte exploits the inherent contrast mechanisms that cells possess; refractive index and thickness variations. The Livecyte employs a unique approach that uses a phase retrieval method known as ptychography (tie-cog-rafee) which generates high contrast, high fidelity images without halos or speckling.
