MIAP Live Cell Imaging and Cell Migration Workshop

Home / MIAP Live Cell Imaging and Cell Migration Workshop

Program

The aim of the workshop is to learn about requirements and special features of live cell imaging, in respect to microscopy techniques as well as sample preparation. As exemplary applications, the focus will be on migration assays, transfection assays, 3D cell culture and video microscopy, including set-up of an overnight experiment, cell tracking and data analysis. The workshop will feature practicals (wet-lab, cell culture and imaging facility) and seminars with live cell imaging experts from ibidi GmbH and the Life Imaging Center (LIC).

This workshop is equally suited for undergraduate students as well as Ph.D. students, postdocs, staff scientists and technicians.

Participants have the chance to get in contact with experts from ibidi GmbH and the Life Imaging Center (LIC), to discuss their sample requirements and imaging strategies to come up with the best solution for their project.

This workshop ir co-organized by ibidi GmbH, the Life Imaging Center (LIC) and the Microscopy and Image Analysis Platform (MIAP).

The registration fee of 50 € covers lunch (finger food), refreshments and coffee & tea with some snacks and sweets for all days of the workshop.
