Imaging & Processing made easy!

MIAP, ZEISS an the Lighthouse Core Facility invite all ZEISS microscope users and interested students and scientists to the MIAP & ZEISS Workshop „ZEN Blue Microscopy Software – Imaging & Processing made easy“. Early stage scientists and first time microscope users are often overwhelmed by the possibilities and demands of modern microscopy, like acquisition software control, image formation theory, image display and image analysis. With ZEN Blue, ZEISS offers a powerful tool to perform this tasks. The workshop provides a very detailed training on every aspect of ZEN Blue.

The workshop will start with basics of ZEN Lite, move on to enhanced options and tasks and finishes with  more sophisticated set ups up to face challenges in multiplex acquisition of live samples by proper analysis and quantification. Participants will improve their know-how in microscopic imaging applications and get the chance to meet local microscopists and ZEN users for further exchange of know-how beyond the scope of this workshop.
