Program

The MIAP Huygens Workshop is a two-day Workshop.

The Workshop will focus on Deconvolution, Data handling, Visualization,Restoration, and Analysis of Images from Fluorescence Microscopes such as Widefield, Confocal, Spinning-Disk, Multiphoton, STED, STED 3D, Light-Sheet, and Airyscan.

Functionalities such as Batch processing and Express tools, will be accelerated with CPU and (multi-)GPU support.

The Workshop is organized by experts in Microscopic Imaging of SVI (Hilversum, Netherlands) and MIAP (Freiburg).

The course invites scientists, technicians, postgraduate students and postdocs as well as external guests.

The registration fee of 50€ per person covers lunch (finger food), refreshments and coffee & tea breaks with some snacks and sweets for all days of the workshop.
