TissueVision "TissueCyte"

Equipment type: Tomography

SYSTEM SPECIFICATIONS:

    • Imaging: Serial two-photon tomography
      • Whole organ imaging at high resolution without clearing procedures
      • No working distance limitations due to included microtome

    • Visualization of tissue with & without labeling by 2 photon microscopy
      • Auto fluorescence enables visualization of sample tissue and structures within the tissue due to differences in auto fluorescence emission spectra
      • Excitation of different fluorophores with one 2photon excitation wavelength and highly efficient emission detection with up to 3 non-descanned detectors.

    • Detection with 1664 x 1664 or 832 x 832 pixel/ frame
    • Typical x/y resolution: 1 to 2 microns per pixel. Typical z resolution:10 to 50 micronsThe software pipeline for:– Image reconstruction in MATLAB using StitchIt
