Akoya Phenocycler-Fusion

The Akoya Fusion CODEX integrates multiplexed immunohistochemistry, imaging, and analysis to quantitatively capture systems biology data with cellular detail. The system is a slide scanner with two modes of operation:

Fusion- slide scanner for up to 4 slides to simultaneously detect up to 6 biomarkers (using OPAL dyes or standard fluorescence dyes) plus DAP. Brightfield imaging is also possible.
Pheonocycler/CODEX – for highly multiplexed, high resolution analysis of single slides labelled simultaneously with over 45+ antibodies. The system uses an iterative approach, involving successive rounds of antibody labelling and detection.
