1st MIAP Partner Units Meeting

dear MIAP partner units,

we will have our next MIAP partner units meeting on January 24^th 2018. Since we agreed on rotating the host location, the imaging group of Sergiy Avilov at the MPI-IE agreed on hosting the next meeting in January 2018. (How to get to the MPI-IE: https://miap.eu/miap-units/mpi-of-immunobiology-and-epigenetics-imaging-facility/)

For the MIAP partner units meeting (for invited MIAP partners only!), we would like to discuss the current situation of the DFG founded MIAP project and all partner units. We would like to summarize the year 2017 and give an overview and some statistics of our workshop program 2017. We would also like to talk about upcoming workshops, events, seminars, demonstrations and future plans within the MIAP framework. We will also talk about the future plans of 2018 and beyond.

The meeting will also be a great place to discuss current scientific and technical projects together with future investment plans (e.g. microscopes, IT equipment, facility infrastructure) at the partner facilities.
As an important part of our next MIAP partner units meeting, we would like to introduce and welcome our new EM section units within the MIAP framework.

After the official agenda there will be lots of possibilities to engage in discussions about various topics within the MIAP network. Feel free to share your thoughts and ideas in an open discussion with colleagues and friends.
