ZEISS LSM 880 Examiner / Fast Airyscan with upright microscope
The Zeiss LSM880 is a laser scanning confocal microscope with full confocal and multiphoton capability:
- 2 PMT-channels + Meta detector spectral confocal microscope with 405, 458, 488, 514, 561 and
633 nm laser lines - Additional 2-photon laser with tuning range 690 - 1040 nm (Coherent Vision II)
- Non-descanned (NDD) detectors -can only be used with multiphoton excitation
- Motorized xy-table for multi-location and tile-image recording
- Highly recommended for cleared samples
- Software ZEN Black 2.3
