Deconvolution, Data handling, Visualization, Restoration, and Analysis.

A 2-day basic/advanced workshop for microscopists on the topic of Image Processing using the Huygens Infrastructure

Workshop information:

The MIAP Huygens Workshop is a two-day Workshop.

The Workshop will focus on Deconvolution, Data handling, Visualization,Restoration, and Analysis of Images from Fluorescence Microscopes such as Widefield, Confocal, Spinning-Disk, Multiphoton, STED, STED 3D, Light-Sheet, and Airyscan.

Functionalities such as Batch processing and Express tools, will be accelerated with CPU and (multi-)GPU support.

For further datails see the Workshop Agenda.
